Before using the method below, please note that Windows has minimum system requirements that must be met and you must take care not to slow your system below a certain threshold. You should exit all data-critical applications that do not need slowdown prior to slowing Windows with any slowdown utility. Also note that you must have Mo'Slo 4BIZ installed on your system in order to use this shortcut. The shortcut does not work with other versions of Mo'Slo. |

is already done. All you have to do is download the moslowin.exe archive and run it on your system. The MoSloWin shortcut and an accompanying mowin.txt text file will be extracted into the C:\MoSlo folder. If you want an icon on your desktop for slowing Windows, do the following:

Double-click on the MoSloWin shortcut icon. Mo'Slo 4BIZ will run the MS-DOS command processor in a window, slowing your system to approximate the speed of a 486-66MHz CPU. You can then adjust virtual system speed as needed using the keyboard. When you have adjusted the speed, run your program. You can return to the Mo'Slo window at any time to re-adjust the speed setting or switch slowdown off and on. When you want to restore normal operation, simply select the Mo'Slo window and type 'exit', then press the Enter key. |
